Frustrating...
Where do I begin? I purchased the Burst water flosser and had high hopes after reading the reviews. However, about three months after my purchase, I started to have problems with the flosser. I reached out to Burst and explained my problem and they gave me a couple of ideas to solve the issue, which dealt with problems switching speeds, etc. I still had some problems and after reaching out again, they were nice enough to send a replacement. That replacement worked fine for a few months but then I started having problems with the on-off switch not working properly. Sometimes it would not turn on and other times it would not turn off. I finally tossed the replacement in the trash. I went back to the original flosser which I still had and used it for 2-3 days but it remained stuck in a slow mode and would not allow me to change speeds even after I reset it per instructions from Burst. I tossed that one in the trash as well out of frustration.Bottom line I'm sorry I made the purchase and it ended up being a waste of money. After the two major issues I encountered with these products, I would not recommend it. Try it at your own risk.

Very Impressive
Works better than expected, especially charge life. I thought I’d have to charge in every few days but charge lasted 3 weeks with daily use and still going. Just seems it’s not quite as powerful after 3 weeks so I went ahead and charged it again. Can’t think of anything bad to say about it.

Worked great till it didn't
Disclaimer - Old Fart reviewer Bob.The product, despite the juvenile instruction manual, was good while it worked. It would be good for travel. The reviews commenting on the small water reservoir were right on but only a minor inconvenience since I'm not rushing to get to work. the construction is such that after use & emptying any remaining water from reservoir & setting it on the counter it drips about 3/4th teaspoon water out the bottom - I thought ok I can live w/that letting it drain before putting it in the cabinet. The button switch seemed overly sensitive from start & it is located on the narrow area near the top where your hand naturally fits - a blessing in that switch is handy but a curse because a brush from my forefinger accidentally turns it off. After about 20 uses it went dead w/battery light showing red; yesterday after overnight charge light showed green but it took 2 minutes of button pushing to get it to work. This AM no lights, no action but light is green when plugged into charger. Will not start - tried everything I could think of including including w/charger plugged in - considered throwing it against the shower wall - but though that would feel good it would void the warranty!!The product instructions appear to be written by someone about the age of my 9 year old Grand-daughter thinking of her first airplane ride. The supposedly cute pilot/flight attendant themed instructions may be a reflection of the quality of the engineering work on the device.I don't write reviews but wanted people to know my experience & perhaps avoid frustration. There are devices available by name brand companies, so I'll go looking again. This sucker is going back for a refund.

Great little flosser - water tank a bit small
Works great but you have to refill during use. Luckily that is super easy and given the small footprint, easy to keep on countertop. Definitely prefer to the larger units that take up too much space. The USB is great with no cords.

The most powerful water flosser I've found. 100% happy!
I prefer a water flosser which has the ability to shoot the water between my, very tightly spaced, teeth more powerfully than other water flossers I'd tried. Online searches seem to often say that the Waterpik Aquarius Water Flosser is the best and most powerful water flosser, so over time, I actually purchased that product TWICE, although I was not particularly impressed with its power when I first purchased it. At the time, I could not identify any similar product that appeared to perform any better.Well, recently a friend recommended this Burst water flosser to me so I decided to give it a try. I am SO happy to report that it IS more powerful than the Waterpic water flosser, and using it's high setting, it has helped me flush significantly more debris from within my teeth and gums than I was able to get with the Waterpic product. On top of that, I love that it is cordless and that it takes up much less space on my pedestal sink. Admittedly, since its water reservoir is smaller, I do have to fill it twice in order to very thoroughly clean all of my teeth and gums each time, but that is a non-issue for me. I'm extremely satisfied with this product!
