The package arrived with open components that were clearly used. The packaging for the extruder was already cut open and was dirty inside.

I must have been in tunnel vision mode as I ordered this just for the extruder. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome quality ball tools it came with. The other fondant tools seem to be okay quality too. Just needed to rearrange some of the tips, looks like someone swapped some of the tips out. But they were all there.Again great buy, and extremely easy to use.

It's convenient, however I feel like it is poorly made. Needs oiling I guess, it squeaks a lot and also leaves a gray residue on the fondant

I got a good deal.

This extruder broke very quickly. I made sure to clean it after each use. The swivel part is completely stuck and therefore it is no longer useable.

Brass plunger broke off the main thread before I had it 3 weeks. Only used twice.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but everything looks good. All the pieces were there. Can't wait to try it out!Edit: I've had a chance to use it and works perfectly. I did wipe it down inside to make sure there wasn't any residual oils, etc. No greying on the clay at all! Does exactly want I want 😁
