FisslerUSA original profi-collection Stainless Steel Saucepan Induction, 2.1 Quart

I repeatedly asked All-Clad for the measurement of the interior wall of their stainless steel saucepan because I was concerned about eventual leaching (I clean my pots and pans rather vigorously!), but was repeatedly told that such a measurement was “proprietary information,” which did not reassure me.I decided to buy a different brand stainless saucepan — made in the USA and equally expensive — and was very satisfied with the quality, but also wanted a different shape (taller and narrower).After hours of research, I settled on the Fissler because of the shape and because it also had a “pour lip,” so it doesn’t drip when transferring liquid contents. I am totally satisfied with this 2-quart saucepan. I use it every day; it heats perfectly, is extremely well designed (the handle is particularly ergonomic, and it cleans up beautifully. I don’t write many reviews, but felt this deserved it.

Dicker Boden, exakt passender Deckel, langlebige Qualität. Darin mache ich immer die Tomatensoße. In meinem Leben brauche ich keine andere 20cm-Kassererolle mehr.

The inner volume only goes up to 2 liters, which is 2.1 qts, and not 2.7 qts as stated in the product page. It was smaller than expected for my needs, so I'm sending it back. Having said that, it's a very well made item, solid and heavy.
