Does the job as expected.
Typical of most Shimano parts, this adapter goes in place and holds the front derailleur perfectly once adjusted. The built-in shelf for the pre-load screw is a nice feature and avoids the hassle needed to place the small metal guard as required with the normal braze-on mount method. I've used these mounts on multiple bike and they just work.

Elegant design and effective for it’s purpose.
Not big and bulky . Fits its intended purpose . Braze on style derailleur fits nicely into groove without a loose fit so it stays in position . Good anodizing .
