Medicated Powder 11 OZ (Pack of 3)

Ammens Medicated powder has stood the test of time for me and my family. It is good for the whole family, I started using it (upon a recommendation) as a young adult in body folds when I was really hot and sweaty. It has a pleasant scent and has been effective over the years in preventing fungal/ yeast infections as well as diaper rash and just as a comfort tool. Now that I am a grandmother, I buy it for all my grandchildren. I have one container in my foyer (for use as a foot powder), one in my bathroom for retaining after shower freshness, and one at each diaper changing station in my house. I wouldn't be without it!

After reading multiple reviews of other similar products and learning that the original product was supposed to have 9.1% zinc oxide, but many sellers are sending a poor quality 5% zinc oxide, I chose this one based on the fact that it showed a product label with the 9.1% zinc oxide. The shipped product itself is the same 5% zinc oxide that everyone else is selling, so don't believe the claims from this ad.

I have used Ammens Medicated Powder for many years to completely eliminate the arm pit odors associated with being a large perspiring mammal. The odors are caused by bacteria and Ammens suppresses them between showers. I have noted, with dismay, the disappearance of Ammens from one brick-and-mortar store after another; after a visit to the local CVS, a last bastion, they said they do not carry it anymore, I told them 'bye' as I remembered I have Amazon Prime. I bought a three-pack, they arrived in two days, and I smell great again.

Misrepresented item. Website clearly stated 9.1% zinc oxide. Bottles all state 5% zinc oxide. Not eligible for return according to Amazon. I ordered a more expensive option thinking it was the 9.1% item. Feeling pretty ripped off about now. Bad business practice Jeff and the Amazon team!

I don't know why, but its been very difficult to find Ammens Medicated Powder on store shelves near where I live, so one day I thought to look for it on Amazon.com ~ and there it was!!! I'll never have to tread through store after store looking for it again!!!! As for the product...it was worth treading through store after store looking for it ~ because it is the best medicated powder there is. I've used it for many years pretty much head to toe... and it works great for diaper rash on babies too! I just mixed it with a little Vaseline and the diaper rash goes away. Works great for heat rashes too. Great for foot powder, etc. etc. Just great stuff!
