The Title of my review sums it up. Amazing product! 7 Stars! This is exactly what I needed and have been looking for. I have been deficient in Potassium for years, it appears. The 4k variant is delicious while providing 4000mg in one serving, and I couldn’t be happier. Here’s the secret, the more the body requires the better it will taste. Typically someone who has normal levels of potassium and is not severely depleted will find the 4k TOO SALTY and therefore would be better served with the 2k or even the 1k variant. That’s actually a good thing. Just cut the serving size down per 16.9floz to adjust for taste and you’ll get what you’re needing. Let the healing begin!

Just prepare yourself for the "salty" taste. Unfortunately that's what potassium taste like and its hard to cover it up. Don't expect Gatorade when buying this. Overall it fits my needs for reaching my daily potassium intake. Hoping they will offer fruit punch soon in reduced or zero sugar!!! Only giving it 4 stars since the lemon-lime flavor isn't the best with the salty taste, leaves something to be desired. I did love the handwritten Thank You card in my order and 2 free samples!!

I have tried the electrolytes product and it is way to salty for my taste.I give it 3 star due to salty taste.

have you ever had to drink a gallon of disgusting pineapple flavored salt water they give you before a colonoscopy ? that's what this stuff tastes like . horrible . I managed to gag some down to try anyhow and sadly, it does seem to work well for cramps . but I just can't get past the taste . and no return allowed.
