Keep your pets from accidentally turning on the gas while you sleep. Seem to withstand heat and are easy to put on and open. Before, I pulled all my stove knobs off and only put on the knob I needed and took it off again after. Peace of mind.

the item itself does not install as advertised, the double face falls after a few min because of the heat in the stove.you need to remove the stove knobs to install it. my 2-year-old kid could easily remove it pulling it with the knob and everything else .i got more effective results by switching the master gas off than with this product.completely un - recommended
