Sogeval Douxo Chlorhexidine PS Shampoo, 16.9-Ounce

Helps my blue Dobermans skin issues! This dog is a mess. Allergies. She has a very thin coat due to her blue diluted color. Her skin gets smelly without regular baths and she will get puss filled sores. For some reason the fragrance in it doesn’t seem to bother her skin. We’ve been using this every 1-2 weeks for years. Help to keep her less stinky and less itchy! We also add a few France free conditioner to help moisturize her skin after the bath. We won’t ever run out. Wish the bottle didn’t dispense so much when you squeeze. It is also quite spendy.

The company is terrible when it comes to customer service.... I have used another product with similar ingredients which changed the color of my dogs coat. So, with all good faith, I called the company to ask if they have any cases reported. The call was not helpful and especially considering, they do have a department that is supposed to handle reports of “adverse reactions” but I was not allowed to be transferred. Instead, I was referred back to my vet. What? He is the one that said I should call.... how would he know as he is not the manufacture and by the way, is busy treating patients and wouldn’t have time to call. The customer service rep, Niki, became very rude, lost her patience and would not help. I asked for a manager and was denied. I also asked her name again and she agave me a hard time and was so unprofessional to become so defensive, which is completely unacceptable. How would she like it if her dogs hair turned orange due to ingredients in a product? Hopefully she doesn’t have a dog or animal as she was most uncaring and had no regard for the quality of the product she was hired to help with. This makes me so upset because there are so many good people that need jobs and yet, these type of inconsiderate & rude ones stay working.

I am hopeful that this product will be stocked again soon as it is the only shampoo that I have found that keeps my dog from getting follicular bacterial infections due to her wirey fur AND gets her clean. This shampoo (and matching mousse) was recommended by her dermatologist a couple years ago and we have bought it religiously since. Despite the rising price, we have remained loyal to this brand and seller. However, we are down to the last few drops and hoping it will be carried through this seller again (and hopefully not at an exorbitant price)Because this has been out of stock I pur hated another item on Amazon that was well rated; however, the new item doesn't clean my dog as well as this. This shampoo ensures my dog doesn't get red bumps all over from her hair follicles getting infected, it leaves her squeaky clean and smelling devine! The new shampoo I purchased leaves dirt in her fur despite multiple applications and this unacceptable as my dog hikes with me often and my apartment has cream carpets.PLEASE RESTOCK THIS ITEM SOON 🙏

Out dogs were suffering from serious itching and it wasn’t due to fleas. We tried all sorts of shampoos, ointments and sprays. This was the one that had immediate results and relief for these suffering doggies. It was truly instantaneous from the mousse to the shampoo. Since the shampoo we haven’t even used the mousse. They have an occasional scratch here and there but nothing like the gnawing and chewing they were doing most of their waking hours. This is a must have now in our household.

My Shih Tzu has been treated for 3 months with vet meds and horrible smelling shampoo. I used this once and my dog’s fungal feet are already vastly better. And it smells fine. I’m going to put it into another dispenser because the bottle pours the shampoo out too fast. Expensive, yes, but lots less than vet visits and meds.
