This definitely is best supplement for weight loss. I can see results as its been few months I had ordered.

I am not suppose to have chocolate (can cause reflux, fibrocycstic breast disease in women and moles). Chromiu, an essential trace element, helped me quit chocolate in 2 weeks. I don't even miss it and I was addicted to it. Chromium also helps you metabolize carbohydrates. I like the liquid version. There are two types of Chromium, I get a tummy ache from the Picolinate type.

It really works though slightly bitter. Because I'm not on insulin, I use it when I know I over did it ( or had a sweet attack).

5-star for the product, -1 star for the instructions and ease-of-use; the instructions state "using the metered dropper, take 1.25 mL.." and the metered dropper is marked by .50 and 1.0 measurements, so i guess at the approx 1/2way mark.

Bought this when I felt my body was still missing something it adds to the other vitamins and minerals, it also reduces sugar cravings.I use it sparingly as it is just a little pricey for me for the amount you get. Note: (I have not been paid to review this product. This is simply a product I use and and love what it delivers).

Good way to get chromium into the body but tastes awful.
