Its not going to work for me. It needs to be about 6 inches higher. I wish you made thicker ones. Car seats are poorly designed, along with the rest of the car.

a piece of foam and a lousy lose cover - I am wondering how long it will stay around the foam

This cushion was purchased to provide a more overall view for a short driver (me). It fills that bill very well, and is comfortable to sit on. Since I was not trying to alleviate any pain, can't say whether or not it would. As for its durability, haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold up. Currently it's maintaining its staying power most satisfactorily. So at this moment, am very pleased with this product. If it gives me good service for at least a few years before sagging, I would definitely buy this same product again.

I am a petite lady that recently needed to replace my vehicle with a newer one and forgo the much loved electric seat in my Old Bessie that allowed me to easily see while driving. I thought it would be easy enough to purchase a pillow to sit on for the new vehicle and decided on this one as it not only was only a portion of the cost of some of the other car seat cushions, but it claimed it would raise me up higher than most of the others. The resulting review is based on the pros and cons.Pros: less expensive, higher boost/view, cover that is removeable and washableCons: The shape of the cushion does not work well with a car's seat. The back is a harsh straight line which requires me to try and ram/shove the cushion as far into the curved seat back as possible (something which does not remain so I have to do this each time I get in the car) or sit with a very large gap between the middle of the back of the cushion and the back of the car seat. If I choose the latter, it is very uncomfortable as I either slide back and have a "gap" under my bum or I sit forward and do not have the support on my back of the car seat. The foam is fairly sturdy and lifts me up a good bit, but it is not that comfortable and I wonder how long it will be before the material breaks.Still, it does what it was purchased to do and it wasn't too expensive. We'll see how it holds up.

This looked too good to be true for the price. Way to thin light weight foam. Smashes down even lower with time. To cheaply made. Cover is thin and flimsy. Not going to stay on. Needs to be denser and taller. Long lasting dimness. I’m 4’9” worried about air bags, need mor raise and to last. I bought this for my daughter who is under 5’ tall and is learning to drive. I was worried the thickness would not be enough but she is very happy. Also was very happy with the price as other products were much higher

The seat arrived early and was well packaged. However the quality of the car boost cushion was very disappointing. I did not realize that the cover fit more like a shower cap then a seat cover. The underside of the cushion is exposed and looksmore like styrofoam package filler than a car cushion. A finished,zippered cover would be a vast improvement on appearance and function. I purchased this cushion as a gift for a friend but hesitate to give it since it is of such poor quality.I am thinking of returning it.

I have problems with depth perception since I lost the sight in my left eye during heart surgery. I purchased the pillow so that I could sit higher in my car. The pillow is perfect and I can see the front end of my car much better.
