Damaged and delayed as expected
Two out of four mugs were damaged or badly made. These are the expected hazards of buying things online. Buyers cannot rely on the reputation of the organisation. If they can can slip in a dodgy product they will do so. Quality control must be improved for sustained sales and customer loyalty.Once bitten twice shy.

Item as per picture
Received the item after a week which consider quick enough. The item look like picture but the outer box look cheap it could be the long distance travel of handling issue. Internal still in good shape.

Exactly like the picture!
These are great. I like the dimple designs and holds exactly the right amount of ice, ginger beer and vodka. Have used these many times since i purchased them and have no complaints. Already had other shot glasses so the included ones were never used but is an added bonus for those who don't have any.Seems a bit pricey for 4 cups but not complaining.

good quality for the price
We've used these several times and they are fairly well-made. They don't wobble and the brass handles are securely welded. My only complaint is that one of the 4 mugs has an obvious crack in the copper bottom--but it doesn't go all the way through and hasn't leaked yet, so I'm OK with keeping them--just a little surprised they would ship out something with such an obvious flaw. They look very nice and overall I am happy with them.
