very good equipment and a lot of exercise to utilize this more then 100%the only thing bad was they had sent broken CD along with product and no contact point to replace the CD but you can mange with you tubeits really worth buying and effective to get you into shapeso many wow features to introduce changes for this equipment as per your exercise.
