what is the difference between the 2 plus and 2 plus pak

I believe that the 2 Plus Pak has three additional needles - extra regular needle, faster pour needle and vintage needles. I looked on the Coravin website to learn more.

does the system work with synthetic corks?

Per Coravin’s website, “While a synthetic closure will not damage your needle, the closure will not reseal, and thus permit oxidation after some time. If you access the bottle with a synthetic closure, store it upright to ensure that it does not leak.”

Please advise clearly what you get when you purchase thus 2+pack variation!!?? shame on coravin/amazon for making this so confusing. is it everything

I was under the impression that aging stopped as soon as you bottled the wine. It only ages in the cask. How does the wine age with this?

Thanks for your question - the wine continues to age after it is bottled. The Coravin will not affect this, so the wine will continue aging in the bottle even after you pour a glass with the Coravin.
