Very weak and requires a lot of tablets to set chlorine levels right. Bottle instructions says 7 tablets per 2500 gallons per week so my pool works out to be roughly 2 tablets per week. Freshly filled 440 gallon intex pool requires about 12 tablets to show any traces of chlorine on my test kit & that lasts about 2 days before it disappears & pool walls becomes slimy. Bottle claims one tablet is 1 gram of chlorine. After a week I’m pretty much half way through one bottle. Not a great value in my opinion. Dispenser is great by the way.

tablets say slow release but dissolve in a few minutes.
