I bought this for a colleague and she loves it! She is moving into Management and she now has a different perspective on success.

I did what I always do before buying a book: Look at the ratings, read a bunch of reviews and after satisfying myself, order. The ratings and reviews won’t do justice, however, to this book. The ideas are simple and powerful. Perhaps, powerful because they are simple. If you are a manager managing a bunch of people, and are having some difficulties, then this book is for you. Pure and simple.

Remember Darwin and his intuitions (but even thousand years before).We change, the world around us changes, and when we acknowledge the change and decide to go further there are some things we should consider and understand.

This was recommended by my manager at work when I inquired about moving up, and after reading it I would say this should be required reading for anybody with any designs on a career in leadership.

Nothing really new or amazing BUT I got much to do (or better to say: not to do)!
