I'm happy with these grippers. They grip to hot pans so easily. Great addition to my favorite kitchen tools.

This product arrived with the item in a plastic bag with the spring separate from the gripper. Unfortunately I missed the return product by a couple of days so I lost the cost of this broken product.

I've had trouble getting hot bowls out of the microwave and onto a tray or under-plate. The heat bowls are too hot to handle, and if I cradle them in two potholders, those potholders are in the way of placing the bowl down and usually get soup all over. These grips solve the problem. I can clamp them on the edge of a bowl and lift the bowl out of the microwave one-handed, then set it down anyplace. I ALWAYS use my other hand to hold a potholder UNDER the bowl during transport (just in case), but the clips are sturdy enough that the lifting and moving doesn't seem weak or unreliable; I'm just the cautious type. Sometimes the content of the bowls is near the rim and the clips get food on them; I just rinse them in hot water and set them out to dry. Been doing this for several months and no rust or wiggles or other damage. I'm very pleased. BTW, I am 70, female, and I am not Hercules, so you don't need a lot of strength to use these safely.

Works as expected.

Lifting an instant pot full of soup, it began to bend and slip out. It works, but needs help with a heavy full pot. I like it overall because it's better then two potholders.
