Does she have tights?

Yes she does have tights. Bought this for my granddaughter so I don't know if they can be removed or are permanently on the doll. She's never taken them off.

Is the head piece removable?

It is held on by a thin clear rubber band so it COULD be removed but not sure if if can be placed back on. Granddaughter has not removed it.

Yes, her knees do bend. And she is very gorgeous.
