we just received this 2 days ago, last night we plan to use this, but we were very disappointed that there is no POWER, can not be usable, defective and so we are asking for a refund because we can not find 99 dhs in just a click of our hands. Please Amazon, help us refund this item, I requested a refund and hope u could bring the 99 dhs . My money got wasted because of this. Very disappointed. Product rating should be ZERO. FRIGIDAIRE NOT A GOOD BRAND AT ALL. SUCH A WASTE. I WILL RETURN THIS ITEM NOW.

Hi this product is replaced, but the new replacement one is still not working. Can I just return this and get a refund or a credit note to buy another brand?

It did not work at all. No power. Looks to be of poor quality. Requested a refund. Over two weeks passed and still refund not credited.
