This is a great cookbook. The recipes are full of flavor and they present well.

Good selection
This book has a good selection of bakes and breads and my 11 year old who loves baking, adores it. Some of the items are things found in America or written as you buy in America but some common sense and conversion as to what it can be, we usually have the ingredients over on this side of the pond too!
