It is really a good product. I found it was a little bit too pink for my skin tone or even a tiny bit too dark for my winter skin. It seems to work pretty well on my summer complexion ( but it is still a bit pink on my skin, but it is better than looking orange). It does ball up a bit if you are a bit heavy handed with it and you try to put anything else over it. Overall it is a good product if you don’t want to wear a full face of it with full glam makeup.

Happy with this foundation. I’m a strawberry blonde with very light skin and pink undertones. I purchased the lighter than light and am pleasantly surprised with the whipped formula. Photos are taken approximately 5 mins apart. I didn’t use primer in these pics, and it is only the foundation; I hadn’t yet set it with any powder. Bit of caution: this does dry quickly so you need to work with it quickly. That said, a little goes a LONG ways.Formula is a nice matte finish. I would say this is best for someone with oily to normal skin. I’m dry to normal and it does tend to find my creases. I only use one layer but could see this getting cakey if more are applied. Overall I’m quite happy with it for the price. It’s just a little thicker than I use for my daily use, but definitely keeping it and using for anything more than just running errands.Recommend.

I ordered the lighter than light shade after initially ordering the light shade and finding that it was too dark for my complexion. The lighter than light is actually too light, so I mix them to get the correct shade. Other than the lack of choices in color, this is the best foundation I have ever used. It lasts all day and covers very well. One thing to note, however, is that skin MUST be moisturized properly. It is not kind to dry skin at all, and too much moisture negatively effects the longevity of coverage. If skin is dry at all, it wears very cakey and gets a crusty look. I moisturize with a light moisturizer and wait a few minutes before applying. I find that primers are unnecessary, and even reduce the longevity of coverage, which is a first for me. I will purchase again, I just wish there were more shade options.

I really didn't expect any foundation color, even one called "Lighter Than Light," to be light enough for my super fair complexion, but this one is. I am so pleased. The other great thing is that it takes only a tiny amount to cover my entire face. One tiny dot on each cheek, one on my forehead, and one on my chin, then blend with fingers. You could use a foundation brush or sponge, I suppose, but fingers work just fine. My only criticism is that it is slightly more matte than I like. I've tried mixing it with a little of my usual moisturizer, and that seems to make it a little less dry looking and also makes it blend more easily.

I am very fair, so I bought lighter than light. This was too light (which in the world of foundation had never happened to me. I reordered it in light. This is hands down the best matte foundation I've ever used. Even Steven couldn't be a better name. It isn't super drying like other mattes I've tried. Price is half of what I used to pay at a dept store for a competing brand. The jar is tiny. Like shockingly tiny. However so is the amount you need to use. A little goes a long way. I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH. This company is also cruelty free. I'm sold!!!
