Very helpful book, lots of insights, great author

This book was the basis of a course I did recently - which was excellent - the book provided great insights that underpinned the lecture material and I have become a bit of an acolyte for its message, even giving my original (unread) copy to my organisation's Chief Executive. I'd listened to the audio book and ordered the hard copy to be able to refer back to.
