Doesn't work for Pigeons
I had high hopes for this after watching videos in youtube. Having a long standing problem with pigeons in our apartment balcony, ordered these and placed many strips of this tape strategically to ward them off. However after a couple of days, the pigeons seem to learn that these are not a threat to them, in spite of the reflection and noise.
