Wiring to plug end connector incorrect
We are writing to complain that the electrical outlets are wired incorrectly and have a hot neutral. The load side at the receptacle is wired to the neutral pin of the female plug end and the neutral at the receptacle is wired to the load pin of the plug end. We need replacement receptacle parts and plugs with correct wiring provided so we can change them out at the client's office. We have purchased a total of 6 of these units and they are all the same. Please contact us as this is not a safe condition.

High volt Wires not connected but looks great.
We had to disassemble the unit and repair the loose high volt wires inside. Our company buys numerous countertop outlets throughout the year, usually from an electric supply house and this product is the first defective one we’ve had and was not purchased from a professional electric supply house.Other than the loose wires, the unit works perfectly and looks exceptional in the solid surface kitchen top.I will buy it again and inspect the next one before we cut a 4” hole in the top.

The lever needs to be of higher quality
Overall the product is perfect, just a described.One negativity though is that the pop up movement is stuck sometimes (I am working on this to fix it)
