No batteries in the watch or a dead battery. Watch not working
Refuse to buy a new battery for $20 for a brand new watch so this is going to be a return. The seller can give me the same beautiful watch with the battery and it fresh to last a year, I will definitely remain a customer. Otherwise not. I don’t buy new batteries for brand new watches.
