I really wanted to love this, but sadly, the leather that holds the book closed is totally different than the rest, in texture, suppleness and colour.. very, very disappointed. It has also cracked after opening it just once.The rest is wonderful, but the leather clasp leather is most certainly ruining it for me.

LOVE THIS JOURNAL! I am extremely picky, and I looked for journals for 6 months before choosing this one. I am impressed with the thick, unlined pages that have that untreated quality. It is the perfect size, and the color is bright with no major dye stains from the leather being colored yellow. I want one in every color!

it is beautifully crafted and has unique design,crafted design on the cover page .it has a good number of pages around 240 pages i guess ,if i am not wrong .the page thickness is idle with bright white pages ,which i used for writing my thoughts and wishes .moreover it has a lock which i use to keep my things personal .overall it is perfect .

I liked the paper and the leather cover. I was very disappointed by the lock mechanism. Ugly as sin. Instead of a "C-lock it had an ugly regular lock and they provided me with an uglier tiny lock and key. Sure cannot be given as a gift.

The packaging of this product was perfectly fine, I ordered this as a Christmas gift in the summer and just opened it to organize (my fault for not checking when delivered). The cover has clear knife marks and the book has obviously been damp/wet. Why would this even get packaged to send out?
