Incomplete package, disappointing
16pcs cupcake topper is missing, only 2 sheet of tatoos as opposed to 5pcs mentioned in the description. Whe you buy this set make sure you have helium pump otherwise you wont be able to use it. I wish i could return it but my son bday is tom already. So disappointed
