Autistic sister
I got this for my autistic sister and she loves it! She said it’s really helped her understand herself and her anxieties. She said it’s been a great activity to do for 1/2 hours a day (or it get too much) during this pandemic. It’s made her consider having therapy which is something she used to be totally afraid of

VERY HELPFUL BOOK
MY DAUGHTER WAS AMAZED AT THE ACTIVITES SHE CAN SHARE IN THIS BOOK WITH HER SON. THERE ARE ALSO THINGS IN IT HE CAN DO ALONE. EVERYONE HAS ANXIETY AT TIMES IN THEIR LIVES AND I GOT THIS BOOK SO SHE COULD HELP HIM LEARN TO DEAL WITH IT. NO COMPLAINTS

Such a good book to process emotions
In India, mental health is still being discussed quietly. But this book is so good for my kid. She is 16 and I bought this for her birthday ♥️ Thanks doc! Even adults can use this to process their emotions. It's overall so useful!

Not what I expected
This book is definitely for grade school kids. Not very useful for preteens as they didn’t find much interest in it. I’m sure with the right age this book is very helpful.
