You get what you pay for.
It has taken me a week to get my cat shaved, i do bits everyday. He has been shaved, just not he best finish and the paws arw not done. But the clippers do work, maybe my cat is just a diva.

Good customer service
Received mine faulty and they replaced it within a day. Although, it's not as efficient in cut my pet cat's thick fur. It would be suitable only to pets with thin undercoat.
