Product arrived in pristine condition.Once you open the box you will see the fan in pieces and you'll have to assemble it yourself, the instructions were clear and it took me 15 minutes to assemble (this wasn't my first fan in assembling) if this is your first time to assemble, it could take 30 minutes or so.The fan material and remote looks high quality. The air it generates is strong and soft on the face.All in all I really like it!

Product stopped working in less than 2 months
I am trying to reach the seller but not able to find any contact.. hence putting a rating here. The order was received only on 5th Jul and today it 12th Aug. It has already stopped working, kindly reach back to him on how to get this covered under warranty and fix the fan. If not then kindly give the complete refund. So disappointed with the product quality.
