Product does help improve golf swing tempo
The product does what it advertises, and is helping with my swing.I would however do 1 thing differently - get the smaller size. The stick for someone my height is a fraction longer than my driver. I would rather use it to practice irons, so should have got the shorter option.

Will help improve tempo and lower body rotation
I have only had the orange whip for about 6 weeks. Using it three to four times a week I have noticed a natural shift into better lower body rotation. I didn’t realize before I started to use it how little I was using my lower body and when I did how out of sync it was on my timing. The delay at the top of the backswing from the whip action gives your lower body the time to start to move first. I gave it four stars on value based on there being similar units out there for much less. My tempo and lower body movement improvement make this one of the better training aids I have tried. I definetly recommend this.

I found this golf swing aid helped me to obtain a good swing tempo which helped my tee off drives in particular.

Orange Whip
Works well and as described. Ingrains tempo and a smooth swing. The counter balance allows the wrists to work correctly as they would in the golf swing. Not cheap, but better than the Amazon alternative.
