I am frying 1/8 pound of turkey burger a day for my 18 year old dachshund who is a very picky eater. It has to be freshly cooked and this little pan works perfectly for that - it is a heavy pan and cleans up great. Would recommend for cooking very small amounts.

However, because it is bowed on the bottom and not completely flat, there wasn't enough contact area to activate the stovetop. Pity, because the thing is adorable and feels like quality. But the rounded bottom renders it useless on induction stoves.

The handle goes up instead of out from the skillet. Beware it will burn you bad. Works great on induction top but requires a hot pad to pick up. Can't pour liquid from it without spilling. Needs a longer handle. Just poor design.

Great pan for small one or two eggs (or what ever) . It cooks well and feels good in the hand.I got a lid because I like my eggs sunny side up with runny yolk, so i put a little water in pan after they start to fry, and perfect eggs!

I had hoped this pan would be perfect for cooking/frying one or 2 eggs ... but it was too small to activate my induction burner.
