No Science fiction
Whereas many people have resorted in the past to explain the Pyramids buildup by cutting and transporting the blocks this book proves the "inability" to do that by that time. Many arguments are given in terms of material type , lostigs challenges , the amount of mechanical energy needed , A new plausible theory is proposed to explain how these 5000 years old building were executed

How it was built is solved. This book is best explination of issues with conventional idea of cut and drag blocks.
If any one can read this and still believe in the cut and hoist method of construction, they have an agenda. Margaret lays out every issue and shows why the poured stone theory is the only one that solves them.

Implications of "The Great Pyramid Secret"
As fascinating and important as the Egyptological and engineering aspects of this book are, what interests me the most is the potential use of the geopolymer technology itself. As a lifelong environmental activist, I see tremendous potential for bettering society with the use of this very special technology. Chapter 30 of The Great Pyramid Secret explains the great potential for many applications. In this day and age of mammoth environmental problems, the very real decay of our roads and infrastructure may not get the attention of many environmentalists, but the enormous potential of geopolymer technology holds great promise, especially and including our own beautiful monuments and buildings in the nation's capital of Washington, D.C. Just think how much more proud and glorious it would be to invite people to our capital if the structures and monuments were restored and resurfaced by the same process as the Egyptian pyramids! What captures my imagination the most; however, is the end of the nightmare of the storage of radioactive and toxic wastes. Environmentalists and public citizens need to get on the bandwagon of demanding a geopolymers solution to the storage of these highly toxic materials and substances. Finally, I would like to say, that if I were a business investor, I would immediately check into the possibility of funding a business that utilized geopolymer concrete over the "more recent" Portland cement variety. It seems to me that there is much money to be made in making a more durable, long lasting alternative. I know car owners would be glad to be driving roads that didn't necessitate frequent trips to the repair shop because of poor quality highways and side streets.I am glad I found this book, not only for the opportunity to solve a glorious science problem, but more importantly for me, because it inspires me to very real "concrete" solutions to some of our most pressing environmental problems.

A masterpiece
A wonderful book that nails down the artificial nature of the stone blocks constituting the pyramids and related features, removing the confusion that generally reigns in Egyptology.

An important Book -- Enlightening and Engrossing
The importance of Margaret Morris' "The Great Pyramid Secret: Egypt's Amazing Lost Mystery Science Returns" can not be overstated. Margaret Morris proves beyond all reasonable doubt that the Great Pyramid could not have been built in the manner Egyptology instructs. This detailed explication, which is the focus of Part One of the Book, inevitably leads to a logical and fact-based presentation of the solution to what appears to be an insoluble problem, which presentation is the subject of Part Two of the book."The Great Pyramid Secret" is a sobering book that also negates proposed high tech solutions to the problem (no space aliens or other high tech builders here). The book's unorthodox, yet scholarly, stance puts it between a political rock (orthodox Egyptology) and a hard place (new age adversaries). "The Great Pyramid Secret" delivers what it promises. It really does take us back to a great lost mystery science that has returned. The book excavates deeply into the Egyptological and other relevant literature and is very impressively endnoted and reinforced with science. Margaret Morris' research and logic is meticulous as she explores conundrum after conundrum, each exploration providing additional proof for the solution she proposes. Here is a good example of the truth being stranger than fiction -- and a lot more interesting and fun.

Very interesting theories
One of the best book on pyramid building I have read so far. It has very good insight and theories regarding huge monolithic structures. It still doesn't have a good enough explanation, in my opinion, regarding the precision of the structure. It's not because you work on softer stones that you can reach such level of precision. I would still very much recommend this book.

You won't regret getting this side of the story. The side of truth.
Amazing! Got far more information about the old theories than I had thought existed. Those old theories were exposed as untenable. She put elbow grease into this document.
