Not pure, adulterated
I found oil mixed with ghee. Smell, taste , texture all show adulteration. I put it in fridge and ghee got seprate from oil . Ghee got solidify and oil got separated.

This is one of the better commercial cow ghees available if you prefer a granular (danedar) texture over the smooth, waxy kind. It smells close to homemade ghee. Detailed Review: Texture: The biggest selling point is the texture. It is genuinely danedar (granular), which feels great when added to hot rice or dal. It doesn't have that artificial "smooth/oily" feel that some other brands have. Taste & Aroma: It has a rich, golden yellow color and a strong, traditional aroma. It enhances the flavor of sweets (like halwa) and parathas significantly. Packaging: The plastic jar is sturdy and wide-mouthed, making it easy to scoop out the ghee. Verdict: If you don't have time to make ghee at home, Govardhan is a reliable substitute. It tastes pure and adds that authentic touch to Indian food. Just ensure you store it in a cool place to maintain the granular texture.
