Support very bad and do not deliver on product paid for
I am extremely frustrated after purchasing Ultimate Pro like other reviewers still have no Pro Activation nor the promised 500 credits.Numerous e mails to their support with the response connect to a vehicle and you will get Pro Activation I've connected to three vehicles and numerous support e mails still not getting what I paid for. If they do not sort this out I would recommend staying with VAG COMVoltas get this sorted before you get a reputation for bad product support, I'm sending mine back owing to lack of advanced features I have paid for

50/50 odds of working
This had some features that were promised and some worked but the majority of the features did not work on my A3 Sportback. I would recommend you just visit the dealer or just buy a superior product than this because this is just terrible.

Waste of time & money Most of the sub function settings are written in German!
du kannst das direkt in deinen Arsch stecken!Unless you understand German, this is pointless!Most of the sub function settings are written in German, even if you change both language settings to English (as I did) the device reads the cars ECU which only speaks German.Wanted to alter the indicator settings but all sub folder wording in German so cannot.Not sure why no one else has even mentioned this in any reviews?You could spend £10 on a simple OBD device to do all the basic things you can actually do in English wording/settings on this device.Also, it reported loads of things as not set (off) which are actually factory set to be on (On) and no these are not retro fit functions they are mostly standard functions on these cars, which are all set to “On” already.Returning as waste of time & money.

Funktioniert nur bedingt
Habe das Gerät trotz der angegebenen Lieferzeit schnell erhalten allerdings funktioniert es nur bedingt da ich weder die versprochenen 500coins noch die pro Version erhalten habe...Nach dem Kontakt mit dem Support werde ich als der "dumme" hin gestellt...Finde ich sehr schade.

Received unsealed box. Not impressed.
Received with broken factory seal and "resealed" with a cheap plastic sticker.Dusty items inside, so obviously the items has been taken out and used then put back and sold. At least they could wipe the dust off....Apart from this, it is working fine and and I'm quite happy with it.
