I personally did not like the images, or the feel of the book. When I returned it got banged with a 50% restocking fee, not nice daisy seal. I didnt even color in it LOL

Really nice pictures to color. Would love to see more of this artist's work.

This was my first adult coloring book, which I received as a gift from a family member for Christmas. This book is a little taller than your average coloring book but it is chock full of beautiful designs (well over 100) to color. Most of the designs are floral, but there are also a couple of designs that include birds, feathers, paisley, trees and Christmas ornaments as well. The designs are all attractive and if you like adult coloring books as much as I do, you will be itching to color many of the designs ASAP. Most of the designs are very intricate and will require a fine tip coloring instrument and a good eye.I love the paper these are designs are printed on. It is of a heavier weight and has just a touch of texture. I also like that the designs do not extend to the edge of the page into the binding. If you want to remove the pages, you will not ruin the designs. But the pages are not perforated, so you would need to be really careful about removing the pages.There are two things I don't like about this book. First, the designs are printed on both sides of the page. This makes working with most markers impossible for the designs, as the markers will bleed through. Some pens will bleed through as well. So unless you plan on buying two copies of this book so you can color all of the designs with pens and markers, you will be restricted to using pencils to color these designs. The other thing I don't like is that each design has a small section at the bottom that says "Inked By" where you should write in your name. It ruins the design and cuts into it.This is a great adult coloring book - and older kids will like it too. It is too intricate for younger kids, though. Overall, this is a great quality adult coloring book with some of the most beautiful designs I've seen in adult coloring books over the past year or so.

Maybe I just haven't figured out the correct pen or marker to use when coloring this. I'm using sharpie ultra fine markers. That is the finest tip marker that I know of. Some of the lines on the page are almost narrower than the tip of the marker and because of the type of paper you can barely brush the marker on the page and the color bleeds outside the line. I tried my colored pencils and you'd have to keep the tip sharpened to a point at all times in order for the color to not go outside of the line. I was so disappointed. I didn't get this on Amazon but at a large book store. I'm going to look into other types of pens and see if that does any better. So that is why I'm giving it a three because maybe I just haven't found the right tool. It's a beautiful coloring book.

The pictures are nice. The paper it was printed on is terrible, it would be a good book if it was printed on good stock paper,

Got this as a gift. I really like the paper is white it makes the colors more vibrant and there is a good variety of subjects to color.

This is the PERFECT paper to use with felt tip markers. Like Joanna Basford's the paper takes ink but does not bleed. I hope to see many more from this publisher!

Great book. Lots of detailed designs.
