Might be alright for one pee from a small-medium sized puppy
I was quite excited when I found these reusable puppy pads. Our GSD pup has been drinking like a fish and what goes in must come out. She's been costing us a fortune in disposable pads just for overnight use so I thought the reusable ones would save us some money and help the environment too until she becomes able to hold her bladder overnight. The description outlines how super absorbent and waterproof they are - perfect, I thought! But no. They disperse the liquid alright....all over my bathroom floor! The non slip backing is a bonus as it does stop the mat floating like Aladdin's magic carpet on the pee that went straight through it. Now, I appreciate that all things are relative - one of our GSD pees is perhaps relative to what a chihuahua could pee out all day, but the photo shows a young labrador puppy sat on one of these mats. I'd hazard a guess that these mats will only retain equivalent liquid of one pee from a small-medium sized puppy at most before they are no longer fit for purpose. As they come in packs of 2, I may try layering them. Overall, I'm not that impressed.

Great value
These pads were great value for money, being around £6 cheaper than the brand i usually buy. They wash well (they are washed at least once a day in rotation with other pads) and despite not having obvious grips on the back are non slip and stay in place really well (very useful on wooden floors with a dog that runs up and down when excited!) perfect for one of our older pooches who has become incontinent. They will be my new go to brand!

Ours leaked
We bought these for our elderly dog as we've been using puppy pads overnight on the landing and she'd started ripping them up. They look good and cover the space we need them for really well BUT they leak. I suspected this from the first use as the underside seemed damp when picked up. I've confirmed this by placing a puppy pad underneath it and the puppy pad was wet this morning. I will keep using these on top of the puppy pads as our main goal was to stop her ripping (and eating) the disposable pads but they're not really fit for purpose.

PLEASE GET THIS!!
Wow!!!I usually have a puppy pad subscription each month on which I spent £10 per month for my small dog to go on in the bathroom (I live in a flat, so I have to have pads for her through the night). Not to mention how bad it is for the environment going through this much, but how thin they are and how often you have to change them. I saw these and quickly brought 2 immediately, they are amazing. Super thick & honestly has not leaked through at all! Even when she’s been on it a few times. It obviously does start to smell after a few wees but, that is why I brought another so I can put that one in the washing machine and have another out. I brought large size and it is huge! My dog is only a yorkie x chi, so I have to kind of fold it which is fine! This size would be perfect for bigger dogs, I’m so happy with this. It has saved me soooo much money, a must buy!

Buy plain ones if you can so you can see effectively if dog has done the toilet
These are fantastic much better value than the paper pads. The only problem I have with them is the pattern, black bones, it's hard to see if the dog has pooped or if it is the bone. Would be much better if just one plain colour but highly recommended. Ive got 4 of these pads and they will be valuable in the winter when my tiny chihuahuas can't go out because of the weather.

Much smaller than photos - but still good
Pad is good, seems good quality and is great for the environment with no disposing of pads every day.BUT - in the photo, they have photoshopped a big dog (Labrador size dog) on the reusesable pad. This photo attached is the true size, thankfully we have a small dog (chihuahua) which fits the size of the pad nicely. But if someone had a bigger dog and didn't check the sizes in the description, they'd get this and it may be too small. The measurements of the mat are written in the description which is good. Suits us well!

Good value and nice colour
I use these for my chihuahuas indoors , one is a puppy who I am training . I put disposable puppy pads down underneath,(pets at home are best and cheapest , ) 4 in a square and then put these on top . Other reusable pads I have bought elsewhere I found to be not totally waterproof so I am taking no chances with these ! . Then I just wash the reusable ones every day when needed , I use a short wash with added Vanish oxy, they dry very quickly , don’t tumble dry them . The disposable pads I can leave for days to protect my carpets. The pads are heavy enough not to shift around and my dogs don’t tend to chew them and play with them like they do with the disposable ones . I find the smaller pads are better for my small dogs , they don’t do big wees . Pads I bought two years ago have worn out only recently after constant use , I think these are good value.

Good value reusable pads
I bought these to go under and in front of my cat’s litter tray as he has a habit of hanging his back end over the side and missing the litter completely.Although a bit smaller than I anticipated (I tried to guess the size from the measurements given) they do the job well and being a pack of four means I can have two in the wash and still protect the floor with the other two. They wash well and dry quite quickly (overnight indoors) and so far have not lost their shape or absorbency. They have a grippy underside which helps keep the in place and this too has not been affected by repeated washing.Definitely pleased with my purchase as they were not very expensive and certainly better for the environment than using disposable ‘puppy pads’. Now I just need to convince kitty not to keep missing his tray!
