Don’t waste your money.
Total waste of money. Too thick and 10 seconds in boiling water did not even make a difference. After 30 seconds I had some teeth marks going. Still too thick and uncomfortable. There are better products out there.

Well it's okay - Size issue
Quality is good but size has been really an issuebut i can manage some how (feels like chewing it alot hahahaha)If you're planning to buy - Just order 1 and try first (i did a mistake of ordering 1 for upper and 1 for lower teeth sections)

Ademas de utilizarse para boxear éste protector puede usar al dormir para evitar ronquidos y evitar el daño dental provocado por el bruxismo (actividad no intensional de presionar la mandíbula al dormir y que dala gravemente los dientes).Es muy fácil de ajustar y contiene instrucciones en español. Tiene 15 días de uso y no se ha deformado.

La calidad es buena, sin embargo..
Pienso que para usarlo en deportes está muy bien, yo lo compré porque leí que se podía usar para proteger los dientes en cuanto al bruxismo pero a mi no me sirvió para eso ya que es muy grande y grueso y no lo aguanté más de dos minutos. La calidad es buena, para box seguramente si cumple su función para otra cosa no lo recomiendo

Does the job, follow the exact instruction.
It does the job as explained. Follow the instructions and you should be able to customize as per your cavity structure. I couldn't do it well for the first time as was being little more careful so again repeated on same piece and fits well. Make sure to not to have clipping contact rather scooping when the piece is hot as it may form a permanent shape.
