Rupse 2" Universal Car SUV Fuel Level Gauge Meter E-1/2-F Pointer 12V

The first float and gauge didn't work, but the second float and gauge worked great. A perfect fit. Put the float and gauge on a 175 massey ferguson tractor. I have another massey ferguson tractor that needs a float and gauge, will be ordering another for it. The price is considerably less than an original equipment gauge. Would recommend this float and gauge.

The gauge seems to work perfectly. I'm not sure it's going to be acceptable for use outdoors. Seems to have an issue with moisture collecting on the inside of the gauge. Too early to tell just installed it this week.(08/18/24) I will say this though I have ordered 2 other aftermarket gauges this one seems to be the most accurate.

Due to a wiring issue in my old muscle car the gas gauge simply will not work. This aftermarket universal gas gauge was easy to install and so far works great. Accuracy isn't bad, but the factory gauges back in the 60's wasn't all that great either. At least I now know when it is time to put gas in it and not constantly afraid I'll run out. It will do until I can pull the dash out and replace all the wiring.

Have been doing a complete boat restoration and installed the fuel gauge and it doesn’t work at all doesn’t move with sending unit and doesn’t even light up at all waste of money and time. Hook up per instructions Tested all voltage to plug just don’t work . Dead on arrival. You would think they would at least test them at the factory before sending them out total let down !

As far as funtionality, I havent been able to wire the sensor yet. Leds work, guage is standard 2 inch. Only thing I dont like is the standoff style 2 point mounting bracket. These are known to break off. But at the price I suppose its fine.

Still can't tell the amount of gas I have

We no longer have to raise the seat to see how much gas is in the tank of our golf cart. This light up gas gauge saves us a lit of trouble. We don’t run out of gas, because we can see, at a glance, how much is in the tank.UPDATE: The sending unit (the part you put in the tank) stopped working after about 3 months. I still like the gauge, but I don’t like the sending unit. I bought a different type sending unit / float assembly.

Came as expected and advertised. Instructions were easy to read. Price was good compared to other brands. Seems to be a quality product. Works as expected.
