Love these cups. Slim line, wood quality items. The opening mechanism is really easy, a one hand open and close. Yes the spout is next to the lock mechanism and it feels a bit awkward at first as it feels like it’s getting in the way. However, one very quickly gets used to these, and it seldom bothers me during use.This does keep drinks warm for hours, sometimes I’m pleasantly surprised by just how much.Just one caution, be sure to close the cup because it tips over very easily, probably due to the height of the 450 ml size. Not a problem really,I learnt to close the cup when not drinking from it, after soaking my workspace twice in two hours…still love this cup and I have bought a few more.

A great piece of kit. Small enough for a handbag or any cup holder, and completely leak proof. Also looks stylish and keeps coffee hot, which is a bonus. Delighted with my purchase.

Got this travel cup for my husband for work as he wanted one he could throw in his bag and not worry about it all spilling out so he didn't need to carry anything else but the button is quite sensitive and will open if slightly pressed but also even if the cup is tipped onto its side it still leaks. Other than that if its going to be carried in hand it does keep you drink hot for ages nice and slim and not too expensive.

I like the size and easy to carry around great for walking and easy to clean and hold keeps water warm and performs good great colours too

I bought this after reading really great reviews, however I'll be sending mine back. The design doesn't seem to be well thought out and it's a bit awkward drinking from it b/c the button to pop the lid open is literally right under the mouth piece - so when drinking, your bottom lip is between the mouth piece and the button and it feels wierd and makes drinking uncomfortable. That's the biggest issue, however a smaller annoyance is that the button keeps getting stuck. I received this yesterday and today is my first day using it and if the button is already getting stuck when pressed and not opening the lid right away then clearly it's not very well made. Also, I'm hesitant to put this in my bag like I did my last to-go mug as it seems anything can press/rub against the button and all coffee will come spilling out b/c there's a proper large opening, it's not small like other cups. However, I do like the shape and size of it and the slenderness of it, it's not bulky and is easy and quick to wash, but the feeling of the button pressing under my bottom lip and the awkwardness of drinking from it trump's the good points so this one is a no go for me.

I wanted to love these. Cute, the perfect size. But so not robust.I ordered two of these. One I did drop, which cracked the lid and it obviously leaked after that (I would have expected a 'travel' mug to be hard wearing enough to survive a very short drop, but I digress) So for fairness I will base the review on the other one.The first trip with two of these, stowed in the cup holder bits on the side of my rucksack and very light knocks made the tops fly open- so the lock feature obviously didn't work. They also leak (including the one which does not have the crack). I have been using them in the house, and they do keep things hot/cold but for travel- no go.I used them for coffee in last week, and managed to leave them where I was. Given that they don't do what I need them for, it isn't worth the trip to go back. A shame, as I was hopeful given the nice design and drinking lip. A couple of faulty ones? Who knows.

Really good product to keep things warm. Easy to use and clean, the locking feature is so good as it doesnt leak. I find this product so useful and great whilst travelling or heading into the office.
