Q: Can you tell me if you have tried this over foundation or powder ? I normally wear light foundation daily with sunscreen and need to know if it works

I wear it over cc screen or sometimes straight up tinted sunscreen and set it with powder and it works for me.

Q: Do you have to set it with powder? I have dry skin so no powder for me.
