Disappointing Quality, Unreliable Performance:
This juicer fell short within a month as its top split apart, leaving me with a dysfunctional device. Not only did it break, but it also constantly jams with fruits and vegetables, demanding frequent disassembly and reassembly, making the juicing process time-consuming. Regrettably, the return window closed before these issues surfaced. This juicer's design flaw and inefficiency make it a poor choice for anyone seeking a reliable juicing solution. Save yourself the frustration.

Fairly good depending on how you like your juice/almond milk
I can only compare this to the Namawell, being new to cold press juicing. I don’t intend to use this daily as I don’t believe juicing (particularly of raw vegetables) is all that healthy, given its “cold” properties - if you follow TCM and Ayurveda - so this review is from the perspective of light/medium usage. I am not using it for the juicing of green leafy vegetables for the aforementioned reason (such vegetables should ideally be cooked to aid digestion and assimilation of nutrients). So far I’ve used it to make a fruit and root vegetable juice, as well as almond milk. Mine came with just the one strainer so I assume the smoothie and sorbet ones need to be separately purchased. In terms of smoothness of the juice and almond milk, Namawell was definitely superior with far less pulp in the final product as compared to this one. Namawell therefore extracted more juice as well as straining the pulp more efficiently. I personally prefer more roughage in my juices so this was not a deal breaker. But if you are looking for ultra smooth almond milk that you can use in hot drinks without choking yourself or spluttering, this isn’t it.The mechanism in both is essentially the same with the scroll/auger. However the format for inserting the fruit and nuts is different. In the Namawell, fruit has to be cut up small to be fed in whereas this one has a wide mouth enabling much larger items to be fed in. This is a huge advantage and saves a significant amount of time prepping the fresh produce. On the other hand, I discovered when making almond milk that I could not simply pour in a mixture of nuts and milk as I did with the Namawell. This is because the wide mouth is neither an open cavity (it has a sort of swing lid) nor leak proof so the liquid seeps out from the front and runs down the machine. The Namawell had a sort of platform, for want of a better word, where you could keep pouring and spooning the almonds and liquid in with great ease. So if using this machine, you either need to insert into the narrow chute at the back or do it carefully via the lidded wide mouth to minimise liquid leakage. The other issue with the wide mouth design is that if you want to run the pulp through the machine with liquid to extract a bit more, this isn’t possible. I used to do this with the almond grounds multiple times to get as much out of them as possible but because it leaks, I can only run the nuts through once. This disadvantage is counter balanced with the fact that there isn’t all together that much of the almond grounds from this machine as they don’t get as effectively filtered out by the sieve (which you will see as either an advantage or disadvantage). Also the auger of the Namawell had a huge hollow underneath which got trapped with lots of pulp versus this one which is solid so the pulp doesn’t get stuck inside.Wash up of both isn’t too tedious if you undertake to do so straight after juicing. However this machine is harder to wash than the Namawell owing to the design of the wide mouth which has a sort of swing lid as I’ve mentioned, with two sides to it. I’m not quite sure how to describe it.At half the price of the Namawell, I’m happy to put up with the not-so-great aspects of this product for its fairly decent output and similar clean up.

Does the job well! Easy on price! Definitely recommend!
If you are contemplating investing on a top end slow juicer in the hope that only the most expensive can get you the best result, think again! This is best value for money slow juicer available on the market! The juice extraction is flawless and comparable to what you get from the most expensive top brands such as Kuvings. I did the comparison and made my choice. This one definitely does a an excellent job at a fraction of the price.

Not good enough.
Just so complicated this machine, gets stuck, hard to clean, it can't take many doses, its started to wear and tear heavily after only 6 months and makes loud noises. Just not good enough for a kenwood brand.

The pulp was not very much dry...some droplets were there...sorbet and smoothie attachments werent in...the pulp exit point wasnt easy to clean...rest is fine...better than the traditional juicer...
