Q: Does anyone know if Hario makes reusable cloth filter that would go with this coffee decanter? Thank you.

They do not, however there are 3rd party filters for the V60 available, such as the one made by CoffeeSock.

Q: Is there a metal filter included? If so is it removeable? Can a paper filter be used with it?

No metal filter included but Amazon sells one that works just get the 2-4 cup one not the 1-2 cup. Harold v2 Paper filters work too but the coffee isn't as good.
