Metro 4 Soccer Socks (1-Pair)

Wish they had a better description as far as sizes go. These are great socks if you can get the manufacturer to actually show the size that these socks fit. I've enclosed a photo. Need to return- a small is youth size 13-4 youth

These Adidas soccer socks are decent, but they do have some flaws. The first is that the footbed doesn't have enough cushioning. This causes two problems. First is that, over time, the footbed naturally wears out and gets thinner. The extra thickness in the sole of most soccer socks mitigates this effect to some degree. Adidas says these socks have a "cushioned foot-bed," but they don't feel like they do and they don't really look like they do. Moreover, the sole wears very thin very quickly. The second problem is that the socks' fabric -- a combination of Nylon and Spandex -- has a slightly slippery texture that, when combined with the already-thin footbed, causes my feet to slip and slide inside my cleats. Another flaw is that the socks are too tight around the calf. I ordered the Size Large and they fit my Size 13 feet just fine, but they are a bit tight around my calves. Having said that, I am 6'1 and 185 lbs with athletic calves, so take it with a grain of salt. To be fair, these socks do have some positive features: durability, appearance, moisture wicking, ability to keep shin guards in place. All in all, this is a decent product for the price point, but there are better options out there.

My son is a size 6, 12 year old. The S was perfect!!!!UPDATE! I’ve lowered this rating to 1 Star. After using these socks, and comparing them to a pair of the same socks we bought in store last year, these socks are an inferior product. They are much thinner, and caused blisters on the back of my sons achilles. We won’t be able to use these at all!!!

I purchased a size Small for my 4 year old son and they fit him well. They are not the most comfortable socks - they aren't soft but stay on his legs well when he's running around. They hold the shin guards in place and don't roll down his leg. For reference, my son is 4 years old, a size 12 sneaker and the Small fit well.

I have no positive things to say about this sock. I've used dozens of soccer socks from many brands over the years. They're mostly fine, including other Adidas socks. This one, however, is really terrible. It is extremely thin and it hardly has any elasticity at all. It behaves mostly like an old, worn out wool sock. It won't even stay up by itself. I'm wondering if I got a pair that was made waaaaay at the beginning of a production run, maybe several years ago. Who knows, but it these ones really are garbage.

I wanted to give my daughter some time before I got her actual opinion on these socks. She has played an entire Fall Season with a traveling Soccer Team and these are definitely her favorites. She normally doesn't have a preference on certain things, but with these socks, she told me that she could honestly tell a difference in between them and her usual preferred brand. These she said were hands down the best. They don't slide in her cleats and don't bunch up to make uncomforatable places in them either.

Just be aware the sizing is not correct. I got an extra small for my daughter. Her shoe size fits within the range for extra small but yet these will fit me and I wear an 8 and 1/2 in women's

Both of my sons really like these socks. We've tried so many different brands and most of them are either too thick or holes wear into them way too easily. The socks are the perfect thickness and even provide some arch support. However, we own many, many pairs of them (they play soccer six days a week), and we have found that the fit is inconsistent. My older son wears a medium and has five pairs. Three of those pairs fit the way we want them to, one pair is oddly long, and one pair is really tight causing him to really struggle to get them on. My younger son has four small pairs. Three pairs fit him reasonably well (although he notices that some a just a little tighter than others), but one pair is big enough that it doesn't help keep his shin guards in place. My boys will often just trade out their too small/too big pairs with each other when they discover them.

La comodidad de ma media es bastante buena, excelente diría yo pero... el elástico no duró más que 2 semanas (3 puestas y 3 lavadas).Perdió firmeza rápidamente el elástico tal y como lo hacen las medias compradas en cualquier otro lugar que no sean originales.¿Cual es el problema de esto? Las medias se bajan a mitad de partido y pasas mucho tiempo subiendotelas lo que sinceramente no es cómodo

Easy to up keep them as well - wash, clean, dry. As other review mentioned about " slippery" when wet I can not confirm it.. I never had anything close to it - performance top notch for me.Part two - companyBe aware that company will overcharge you for sock!!!!! When you receive them they are clearly marked on sticker 14.00 a pair, however company sells them for 23 and change on amazon!!!! I do not think it's fair business practice on their part to overcharge customers.So I will leave my review marked as 1 star unfortenatly since product is great but integrity isint......

I got the pink colour and they are very bright. Thin fabric is very light and breaths - can’t notice them on after a moment. I’ve been tackled cleats up and they didn’t tear, so they seem surprisingly durable to me given the thinness. They wash easy and are colour fast - I don’t put them in the dryer though, no need.

We have just had these socks for about 5 hrs of soccer but they look durable. I will update the review after a few weeks. The reason I chose these socks was because we needed to match an existing Adidas based uniform and these socks had the right color.

Great Size and colour, but looks like fake adidas logo. Foot is not good quality so rips easy.
