Let me start with the color......freaking gorgeous, you get to pick the 12 colors you want delivered just make sure to send them a message and the will ship it out the next day if not the same day. Now when it first came I was so excited they are pretty good sized bottles and every single color I chose was in that box except one 110 darkest brown I did not choose, my hair is already the darkest brown I can imagine so I wouldn't have ordered it. It should have been 112 indigo blue but I mean 1 out of 12 isn't bad at all. I did message them and let them know one bottle was incorrect and all they asked for was a picture to show it was indeed not in my list but in my possession and I sent them an extra to show the seal was still in tact and unopened. Guys for real, as fast as possible they sent me the correct color I requested free of charge no shipping nothing. I will 120% buy from them again the color is so bright and vibrant im obsessed. (This is my husband's account). I used this to dye my medium length hair which was bleached to level 8-9. I only needed about 6oz of product to do all of my hair (i usually use about 12oz when using other brands like artic fox). It was very easy to use although it was kinda thin but that made it much easier to spread through my hair. I dyed my hair 2 weeks ago and have washed it 5 times and it is still just as vibrant as when I did it (I wash my hair with cold water and use paraben free shampoo and conditioner). The colors are amazing and are as pictured. I got exactly what I asked for. The seller even called me to get the correct order since it didn't go through from amazon. This is definitely worth the buy and I will be ordering more.

I was actually able to pick from more colors than was shown when I made the order. I had sent my colors of all the colors adore offers (because I saw in a question if it was all or what was shown). This stuff is cheap but it works pretty good. I dye my hair a lot and have tried a lot of brands. But this is a great deal for a cheap brand that really works. Love all the color options, My mom also really loves the red. I feel some colors might fade easily but it can depend on what your hair decides. (I've not really had a problem other than with a brown I tried) Highly recommend this deal cause even if some colors don't work out you still get a lot
