Works well with Tata Play+HD
The original Tata Sky+ remote was old & was unable to use few buttons. Bought this on Amazon & works just perfect. A good quick replacement. Happy with the performance.

Fake product sent 2nd time
This is a fake product, the remote has no parts inside and does not work. It’s only the external body or remote that was received with an empty shell inside. I ordered a replacement this was also a fake remote with only the outer shell

No information to pick up the defective product &on my refund
On account of defective product, return request have been placed. Product still pending for pickup and refund process. As i have requested to return, not replacement, hence replacement initiated by your end,had been opted cancellation. Value for money
This one works just fine. Although not original, the blue button is of a different and darker color, the Tata|Sky branding is completely white unlike the original remote with red and blue. It really doesn't matter, it does what it is supposed to do without any problem.I actually noticed that the response time on this one is better than the original remote. I have no regrets buying this one.

Received Wrong Product once and defective after replacement
Received Airtel Remote instead of Tata Sky the first time. Tried for replacement and got a damaged Tata Sky remote - one of the battery springs was missing and the remote didn't work. Finally had to return and try a different seller from a different site and that turned out great. Wasted 3-4 weeks in the process

Defectectice piece but immediately replaced.
Intially i received a defective piece. Return it and immediately they gave a new one. Which works fine so far. I liked the way they handled the returns. Pretty swiftly they did the job

Not easy to configure
Product quality is ok. They should include instructions to configure and link the remote to the TV
