Faulty product design defeats any potential benefits!
I agree with the other review - you cannot fairly judge how effective a cream is when the design of the bottle is sub-par. After 9-10 pumps, the mechanism stopped working completely. I am using a Q-tip to extract the cream, which is messy and wasteful. It's also nearly impossible to tell how much cream is left in the tube. I venture to guess at least 40% of the content will go to waste. This product is not the only skin or facial lotion suffering from poor design. I frequently wonder what kind of lame brain product designers create packaging and mechanisms that becomes useless so quickly.

Malachite is toxic.
I would caution anyone to research malachite before applying this to their face. It is a crystal that is made of copper compounds that are very toxic, putting it on your skin is not a good idea. This company should have done more research before putting this product on the market. I have requested a refund.

Very poor delivery design
Good luck getting this cream out of the bottle. After the first few pumps, a void forms around the pump (which has no tube extending down into the contents). A long coffee stirrer stick is the most effective method I've found for digging out the eye cream. Such a poor design negates any appreciation I might have had for this product. It is an aggravating (and rotten) and totally avoidable design flaw to foist onto consumers.
