I ordered from Kanga Supply, and it works flawlessly. Barely any cosmetic imperfections, and all the ports work. The M1 chip rips and 8GB ram is more than enough. 512GB SSD is a nice plus for the price.

There is nothing I don't like about this product. I have used HP for a long time, and Samsung portable tablet and cell phones that seam to be not so much at the top of their game. it seams time to time stuff always changes and this time I made a switch to All Apple because it works. I had issues syncing stuff across the android and Hp platform and had zero issues with Apple. So I bought all refurbished devices and had no issues yet. I talk and zoom from my desk top, I purchased a M1 Mac mini and love it. I have two desk tops I use, and a MacBook Air m1 and a iPad Pro 11 M1 and I just love the portable of these devices. I type something on one device and they are on all of the devices. Amazing and reliable for Dr appointments and having to email something to someone and there it is. I highly recommend this desk top brains. I am using a Hp monitor, Key board, Mouse, and wireless printer, and speakers and bluetooth to a Bose bookcase system and it amazes me all that this device can connect. Its apple and buying refurbished makes sense. I ve had no issues and so far im blown away of how dependable this system is. I do use the other devices as I travel and watch movies. so I unfortunately got the Mac mini last, and im still not regretting it. the other devices I purchased on Costco and paid retail for them, but that is why I discovered the refurbished by amazon and it looks brand new. you won't be dissatisfied or regretting it. hope this helps.

Works perfect for what I need

Upgrading from an outdated Mac mini. Had an order mixup which iPower resolved quickly and efficiently. Mac is running perfectly and much faster than the one it replaced. I wouldn't change it for the other ones that I researched and would buy this one again. Had to pick up a couple of cables and a hub to adapt my peripherals to the new unit but that was easy enough and the speed improvement is worth it.

Sorry for this LATE review. This is my 4th incredibly positive experience with "Apple Renewed" on Amazon. Three out of the four Apple Renewed items I have purchased: One couldn't see physical evidence of previous ownership. I am old, and don't like disappointment: I was pleased.The fourth purchase, you ask? It was for a *used* PURPLE Apple Magic Keyboard (with Touch ID). While I was initially pairing, it identified my keyboard as, "Chris' Keyboard." I imagined which keyboard "Chris" found for his Mac ... (g)

Had this computer 5 days maybe.Issue 1: with only one browser running and Roboform (password app) with 8 gig of Ram, I am out of memeory. I get pop-ups telling me to close seomething.What can I possibly close so I can still use my computer? Memory usage shows 7.8 gig. With what? Asked someone who is an expert on this and was told they can't find anything that eats RAM. Browser is using about .5gig of RAM, Roboform another .1gig. Who knows what the rest is used for. It doesn't show up in System Monitor.Tried all sorts of things, no dice.Now, a day later while I try to clean up the computer, the second (from the right) USB port quit working.Yes, I tested it out. It's dead.I only have the Mac for 5-6 days and it's supposedly in. ' excellent codition'. Really/II got my money back, so not complaining abou that, but for $460, I would expect it to be in better shape.This one is a dud.
