The segments come undone no matter how hard they’re hand tightened if switching sides.

Works!
I was looking for a gutter cleaner that I could use from the ground that didn't use water. This seemed to be the only affordable option out there. I took the risk, since there were no product reviews or ratings. I'm pleased to say that I was able to easily use this product, for the most part. I have one part of my gutter that is higher than one story, and I had difficulty reaching that. I'm 5'1" tall, so it was hard to use it with it fully extended for me. It's also hard to tell if all the leaves are out, but that's the nature of using something from below the roof. The arm is made of metal and does telescope out and stays out while using. The screw-on head is completely plastic, but screws on very tight and works fine. Does not feel flimsy. 4 3/4 stars.

Poor Quality
For the price, this is poorly made. The pole is flimsy and the attachment head does not twist into the pole all the way, only half way. You will have to duct tape the attachment to the pole to keep it from falling off. Idea just does not work to clean gutters.

Lousy...very cheaply made! Product breaks apart in 10 minutes!
Very low quality product...I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone...I got stiffed!!!!
