I bought this clay for my 9 year old son. It is a great set for beginners! The clay is soft, and easy to use, shape,and mold.

Purchased this and saved to gift at Christmas. I opened it to just take a look before i wrapped it and I'm glad I did. Everything appears to be sealed properly but it didn't look like clay it looked like foam. I opened the purple packet of clay and it is completely dry, upon further inspection they ALL ARE TOTALLY DRY!

This clay kit came with lots of colors. It also came with some cute things you could stick in to turn them into people and also some molds, which was nice.My kids really like to play with clay. They can spend a long time at it and make really interesting things. It is good for them.I would much prefer them doing something than watching something.It is nice because they can spend the time doing it and then they have something special to keep. They are excited when they make something themselves.This is a great activity for a rainy day or a day when your child is sick or when you are just stuck at home. It is a good way to keep a child busy.I thought it was age appropriate. It wasn’t too hard. The children really liked how everything turned out.I feel like this is good for child development. It kept my children's interest. It would also make a nice gift.I would recommend it.

Didn't come in a box like the picture! Was going to be a gift, but guess not anymore. Comes with lots of little accessories so that's fun.

Not good as expected. Clay were dried out. tool missing.

The set, like any molding clay is only limited by the imagination.Our gran-daughter enjoys drawing / coloring and basically anything artsyso she loves creating small figures with this set when she visits.Set includes 36 different colors and 10 little zip lock bags to store clay once a bag is opened.> A bag of 8 molds - car - train - tractor - plane - antique car - robot - boat - vanall are generally 2" long.> Bag of 6 molds of fruits / vegetables - apple - strawberry - bananas - grapes - pepper - pumpkin.Each approx 1 1/2" long> A bag of various accessories - crown - hats - horn - web feet - etc.> manual of idea, which isn't very impressive.> 6 toolsBut anything can be made (within reasonable size)The set encourages original thinking and creativity.> The photo of the dog is one such example.The clay generally completely drys (cures) within 24 hrs.Non-toxic - no wheat - tree nuts - peanuts.

The media could not be loaded. I don't think there's a kid out there that wouldn't love to get this set. My grandson has had such a ball with it. It's fun to see what he creates, and he sticks with it for hours before moving on to something else.I only wish that they provided a better way to store the clay after it has been opened, but I didn't deduct any stars from my rating because everything else about it is pretty terrific.

Unfortunately, I opened the package 2 weeks after the return by date to do a project! All of the packets of clay were bloated and as I opened packet after packet it was foam and not clay. It is a complete loss and now I can not do my project.
