King Soba 2-PACK Gluten Free & Organic 100% Buckwheat Pasta Noodles 8.8oz - 3 Servings Per Pack

I really really luv this buckwheat pasta!!! If you put a little oil in the water they will stay separated. I used a fork to swirl while cooking and put on medium heat after initial boil. I rinse in cold water, drain properly and add to finished sauce and heat. Delicious!!!. The price is a little high though if you want to use for family dinners. For one person its OK

I LOVE these noodles. I cannot eat noodles made from wheat, rice, corn, or other starchy foods, so finding these noodles has been a huge plus. I eat them with just butter, salt, and pepper or in soups or with a favorite sauce. Delicious every time.

It's neither bad nor good. I will continue using it on occasion.

These were very good and the only certified gluten free soba noodles I could fond. You should follow directions on package and definitely rinse with cold water after cooking. They were perfect after rinsing and did not stick together at all. They are overpriced however in my opinion.

I wanted to give a taste to original - and gluten free - soba noodles. The taste was OK, but not so very interesting or outstanding. I have been using rice stix as a substitute for the wheat containing soba noodles available at oriental markets here (US) and these have been fine for us, not to mention a whole lot cheaper too. If the price was more in line with rice stix I might buy these as an alternative. But so far there's no huge drive to do so.

i did not enjoy these noodles.they were soft,mushy,unlike the soba noodles i have enjoyed in the past.i bought 2 packages and had 3 bites.the seller forces the customer to buy 2 packages not 1 in order to test their quality.some might like these but some might not as with myself.

Really impressed with the quality texture and taste! I also love that these are gluten free bc I didn’t realize that other brands sold in the grocery stores have some wheat in the ingredients and they used to make me bloated.

It's not made in Japan, but I haven't been able to find an organic 100% buckwheat soba for a better price here in the US. Just finding 100% buckwheat is a challenge. This is the only soba I regularly order from Amazon.

I love these. I do not have an intolerance to gluten or wheat but like to stay away from wheat as it is bloating etc, so I had to find a way to be able to enjoy multiple stir fries per week. These are tasty, filling and texture very similat to wheat noodles so by buying these you are not losing out on flavour and texture. A bonus is that they are amazingly good for you!!! Only downside is, these are not readily available in the UK and rather expensive for someone who coule happily eat these daily.

Took so long too cook, dont know if the item was defective.

Tricky to stop the noodles sticking and clumping together. Packet says cook for 5min but I found 2mins worked better.

I did not like the texture,but delivery was fine .
